The programmes

Rio ProLift features four specialist programmes with variable intensities to suit all users:

- Maintain - To be introduced after muscle tone has been built up. Maintain is a combination of Programmes 1-3.

Precautions:

We do NOT recommend PROLIFT to be used by people who are: pregnant, have a pacemaker, suffer from high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, heart problems, multiple sclerosis, skin related illnesses, under the influence of alcohol or recovering from recent surgery.
Do NOT use on areas of skin with disorders such as rosacea, pustular acne, abraded skin, sensitive skin, or over scars, moles or varicose veins.
This device should NOT be used in the following cases: benign and malignant tumours, haemorrhages, inflammations of the skin, open and fresh wounds, bruises or broken skin.
We recommend using the PROLIFT for a maximum of 20 minutes in total per session, with 24 hours between sessions.
